Prateek is a common law qualified lawyer specializing in arbitration, commercial litigation, white-collar crimes and investigations with the right of audience before the Indian Courts.

He has advised and defended clients in high-profile white-collar crime cases against allegations of fraud, embezzlement and other financial crimes committed by individuals or organizations, both in the courtroom and during government investigations. His cases often involve commercial disputes in relation to contracts, intellectual property, cross-border investment disputes and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised and represented clients across Courts and Tribunals from India, Middle East, Europe, United Kingdom and Singapore.

Prateek has long been interested in technology and has advised several tech players on issues such as data privacy, migration of data, outsourcing and regulatory approvals for cross-border migration of data.

He is actively advising gaming companies from their inception, covering a wide range of needs including incorporation, fundraising and providing general counsel support. His day-to-day advisory services for these companies ensure they navigate the complex legal challenges of the fantasy and e-gaming world with strategic foresight and compliance.

He is also actively involved in the employment law vertical of the Firm. He has rich and varied experience in advising various multinationals, foreign investors and domestic entities in employment and human resources issues, whether as part of a complex deal structure or on a standalone advisory basis.
